When Grandpa Taylor comes to visit

Brady's Dad came to visit last week. We had so much fun hanging out with him! Brady took Friday off and we drove to Park County IN. This area has the most covered bridges in the US. I think that the count is 31! The bridges were built as far back as 1814! They have 4 loops to take to see them all, but we only had time to take one loop~ it was huge! In this same area there are a lot of Amish communities. We were unable to really find any, but we did manage to see an Amish woman driving her horse buggy, this was a big highlight! We were in the car almost the whole day (you have to drive the loops) and Molly did awesome! We had a lot of fun! It was really neat to see all of the beautiful bridges!

A few days later we met up with the rest of the Taylor siblings and took a day trip to Michigan Beach! It was about a 2 1/2 hour drive. This Lake is so huge that when you are on the beach it feels like you are at the ocean (minus the salt water). There is no visible land in the distance. It even has waves! It was kind of nice not to have the salt water crusted on the skin! We all had so much fun!
